A team from Brunsdon Financial recently took part in a charity golf day, in aid of the Pied Piper Appeal. Overall, nearly £4,000 was raised, including team entrance fees and proceeds from a charity auction.
The Brunsdon Financial team comprised its Chairman, Brian Morman; Financial Adviser, Dean Baldwin; former Brunsdon partner (now retired), Nick Adkins; and long-standing Brunsdon client, Bryan Kerslake.
Held in September 2020 at Brickhampton Golf Course in Churchdown, Gloucester, this was the most recent of many Pied Piper events supported by Brunsdon Financial.
Brian Morman commented:
“Despite atrocious weather conditions, we were delighted to be able to support the Pied Piper Appeal. This is particularly important in
current times as charities are faced with very difficult fund-raising circumstances. We thoroughly enjoyed the event and were pleased to have finished third on the day.”
The Pied Piper Appeal is a leading children’s charity in Gloucestershire. Its mission is to make a difference to the lives of
sick and disabled children in the county. Brunsdon Financial has been proud to support the charity on many occasions throughout the years, including making a donation of £17,000 in 2015 which was used to refurbish the children’s assisted washroom in Gloucester Royal Hospital Children’s ward.
