Brian Morman

Brian has been in financial services most of his working life and became Brunsdon’s CEO in the year 2000. He is a Senior Financial Adviser with a large portfolio of prestigious individual and corporate clients and is also head of Brunsdon’s marketing and client communications team. As a future strategist, his direction has helped drive the company forward.

He has a ‘can do’ attitude and rarely takes ‘no’ for an answer. Brian is a committed family man, loves playing golf, walking his dogs and riding his motorcycle!

He is the author of the lifestyle / self-help book, The Little Guide to Your Bigger Future™

Marcus Gomery

Marcus is Managing Director of both Brunsdon Financial Services Ltd. and Brunsdon Employee Benefits Ltd.

Having been in the industry since 1992, and a former Financial Adviser, Marcus now heads up the employee benefits team and the individual wealth management division. He has a reputation for motivation and is an accomplished public speaker.

Marcus relishes time spent with his family, enjoys playing golf and following most sports.

Rob Lowe

Rob has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years, 25 of those years in a Compliance role having gained experience working for a national life company and a number of IFA networks.

He is now Compliance Director of both Brunsdon Financial Services Ltd. and Brunsdon Asset Management Ltd., is organiser of the Compliance Best Practice forum for Compliance Officers in the South West and a member of a number of associated influential committees.

Out of the office, Rob is a family man and a Life Group Leader of a local church. As part of the International Missions team he has headed up several teams in Zimbabwe and Belgium. A former useful rugby and football player he now plays golf in his spare time.

Dean Baldwin

A self-confessed veteran in the industry, Dean specialises in personal financial and retirement planning, income in retirement, company pension schemes and personal and corporate protection.

He spends his spare time playing golf, following horse racing and is a keen Gloucester Rugby fan.

Clive Thomas

Clive first qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a top-ten firm back in 1990 before moving into Industry, and has been an active Finance Director for over 25 years. His roles have been diverse, working in both SME’s and plc’s, with the sectors ranging from Professional Services and Recruitment through to Vodka Production, having been active in the Financial Services sector for the last 8 years with Brunsdon Group.

His passion outside of work is the arts, and has been involved in varying charitable organisations within the arts sector for over 20 years, with particular focus on theatre, where he has been Chairman of the Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham for the last seven years.

Sebastian Merritt

Active in the employee benefits and corporate pension arena for over 18 years, Seb specialises in the sourcing, implementation and ongoing servicing of bespoke employee benefits and corporate pension solutions designed specifically to meet client needs, objectives and cost considerations.

Seb takes pride in setting and maintaining high service level standards for both himself and his team.

Seb enjoys family life with his wife, son and two Labradors in the Forest of Dean where he’s always lived. Following a lengthy playing career, he enjoys coaching rugby at Cinderford RFC at all levels. Spare time is spent fishing and walking the dogs – anything, he says, to avoid DIY or Gardening!

Steve Kenyon

With an education background in health and physiology, Steve specialises in Group Risk employee benefits.

His mission is to ensure that employers understand and value the importance of employee health and wellbeing benefits to ensure that their staff and families are financially protected in the event of illness or worse and that appropriate medical treatment is available as quickly as possible.

Steve has a young family, and is a very accomplished, competitive runner.

Julie Treherne

Julie is Brunsdon Financial’s Operations Manager with over 30 years’ experience in the industry, half of which was spent as a paraplanner.

A self-confessed trouble-shooter, she has a finger on the administrative pulse of the business with a mission to maintain high levels of professionalism.

Away from the office, Julie runs a family farm but still finds time to relax with a good book and a glass of wine!

Polly Darrah

Whilst Finance Manager Polly has benefitted from her experience working in a number of diverse industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, charities and education, she particularly appreciates the ‘family feel’ of working at Brunsdon.

Her free time is spent out and about watching rugby, walking, the National Trust and pampering herself with spa days!

Polly is the recipient of a Community Award for the work she did on a community project in conjunction with local schools and playgroups in Fife, Scotland.

Andrew Jones

Andrew’s financial services experience stretches back to 1988. Following a solid technical background in corporate pensions, he moved into corporate financial planning over 23 years ago and specialises in advising company directors, partners and employees in both corporate and personal wealth management.

Outside of work, Andrew cherishes the time spent with his wife and two children – and his dog, Johnny! Fitness plays a significant role as well, including more recently learning the ‘Sweet Science of Boxing'.

Marcus Rayer

Having worked in Financial Services since 2003, Chartered Financial Adviser Marcus has extensive experience in advising both personal and corporate clients on all aspects of financial planning.

He specialises primarily in client wealth management and retirement planning needs and puts great emphasis on long-term relationships and a highly professional, ongoing service.

Away from the office, Marcus spends a lot of time with his young family and indulges his interests of many different sports.

Lennie Quainton

With a Finance Degree from Manchester University and experience in financial services since the year 2000, Lennie is one of the most qualified Financial Advisers in the industry today.

He specialises in personal and corporate wealth management, including work in the group employee benefits arena.

Lennie is a committed family man who enjoys walking and sport, having participated in a number of dangerous activities such as sky diving and deep sea diving.

Jon Rhind

As the son of a farmer, Jon studied agriculture at Edinburgh University, but a change of career path into financial services gave him valuable experience in direct sales, as a life inspector and an IFA for a major bank. He joined Brunsdon in 2013.

Jon is a wealth management specialist, advising both personal and corporate clients on all aspects of financial planning, including pensions, retirement solutions, individual and business protection.

A huge rugby fan, Jon is a season ticket holder at Bath Rugby. Until recently he played league cricket in Cardiff and is in fact a qualified Level 2 cricket coach who once coached a young Gareth Bale!

Adam Bexson

Adam has been focussing on financial services following his graduation with an International Business Economics degree in 2005.

He moved into Employee Benefits soon after beginning his career in Financial Services, and specialises in work around both pensions (with a particular focus on defined contribution pension scheme governance) and health and risk benefits.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his young family, cycling, travel and telling people about when he used to play Rugby at a very low level.

Richard Hodgson

Richard has worked in the financial services industry since 1992 for a number of regional and national advisory firms and has developed a broad technical knowledge of the employee benefits industry and awareness of the impact that pension and benefit arrangements have on the business of clients. With a keen eye for detail, Richard has a passion for helping employers and trustees deliver and maintain a compliant, effective and valued employee benefits offering.

Outside of work, Richard is a keen sports fan, with a particular interest in football, rugby and crown green bowling.

Ben Newton

Ben has a comprehensive understanding of group risk products and providers, renewal processing, medical underwriting and latterly broking administration. He is proud of his strong product knowledge and enjoys working closely with clients to develop bespoke employee benefits solutions.

Free time? Ben is a serious heavy metal fiend and plays lead guitar for the ‘thrash’ band ‘The Redeemed,’ which intends to release its first album soon.

Chris Robinson

Chris definitely has financial services in the blood having been in the industry over 30 years! She currently specialises in processing pension contributions for our many employee benefits clients. She is a self-confessed stickler for detail.

Her diverse interests away from work include walking the dog, music, local and international rugby and motor racing.

Kym Boulton

From her beginnings as a receptionist for Brunsdon way back in 2001 and then her progression through to managing the insurance department, Kym is now happily administrating employee benefits, specialising in group risk and flex benefits.

In her own words, she enjoys the ‘fantastic working environment and a great team of colleagues.’

Kym is very family-orientated and is also a great box set addict with a secret desire to be a TV critic!

Paula Saunders

Rebecca Lowe

After managing a lettings agency, Rebecca made the move 12 years ago to financial services compliance.

She says she enjoys the supporting aspect of her role at Brunsdon Financial.

Rebecca is a keen keep fitter and enjoys getting out and about with her children. She is also an artist – painting when she has the time.

Sam Williams

Sam is the creative design face of Brunsdon Financial and is responsible for branding and our current popular, modern house style. He comes from a freelance web and graphic design background, having cut his teeth working for smaller businesses and local charities.

He particularly enjoys combining his creative skills with digital and social media marketing and very much sees his role as bringing a fresh, creative impetus to the financial services industry.

Sam’s a bass guitarist in the wedding / function band ‘The Soundwaves,’ and says he ‘puts his life on the line every week’ as goalie for a local 6-aside football team!
