Throughout the month of July, our Compliance Director Rob Lowe is setting out to walk 90 miles in a single month in aid of MNDA (Motor Neurone Disease Association).
This cause is one that is close to home for Rob. He is taking on this challenge in memory of his father-in-law who sadly passed away from Motor Neurone Disease.
My Father-in-law, Donald Cantillion, suffered with this terrible and debilitating disease for over 5 years. He was a healthy man that loved his wife, 3 daughters and grandchildren very much, as well as his fishing and American football. To watch him suffer with this was heart breaking for all, but Don handled it gracefully and with dignity throughout. A much loved and wise man, I want to honour his memory.
What makes this even more of a challenge for Rob is the fact that he had a hip replacement operation only 7 months ago. So, please show Rob your support by making a donation.
