In the current climate, providing adequate levels of support to employees is essential in the workplace. In a recent study, 35% of employees stated they had a negative mental wellbeing position, and 25% of employees stated they would be looking for further support from their employer for their wellbeing in the coming months.
One area that many people find particularly stressful and can add to the need for support around mental wellbeing is financial education. Statistically, 86% with experience of mental health problems said that their financial situation had made their mental health problems worse.
We want to support all of our clients to ensure we provide a wide range of financial education and support, covering a wide range of topics from managing debt and credit score to buying your first home or retiring.
To deliver this, we have partnered with financial education specialists Better with Money. Our aim is always to provide the best possible service provision to our clients. Therefore, we look to create trusted partnerships with specialist providers to assist in the process. Sarah Steel and her team at Better With Money were a natural choice.
